Our Policy

Federal and California state law requires us to request identification from each consumer to prove that you are of age to legally purchase alcohol. All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. We understand the sensitivity of this information and maintain our files on a secured server to protect against unauthorized access.

Shipments of Wine

Due to legal restrictions on shipments of wine and other alcoholic beverages, we are only permitted to ship to the following states: CA, CO, ID, NV, OR, WA, IA, MN, MO, NM, ND, TX, WY, DC, FL, IL, NH, NC, OH, WV and WI. Tax will be charged for the following states: CA-7.75%.

All shipments are shipped ground unless otherwise stated so, please allow 5-7 business days for normal delivery. Freight is calculated towards the end of the online ordering process.

Returns

All sales are final. However, if you find an error in your shipment, or your order has been damaged in transit, or the wine has become defective, you may return it as long as you contact us by phone or e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and clearly explain the reason a return or exchange is requested.
